I'm fucked

So I went to the dentist yesterday been having some awful pains in the mouth region with some bleeding. Apperently some of my teeth are growing badly in the wrong direction in the back of my mouth and combined with some dodgey wisom teeth this all needs to be fixed asap.

R13 000 bucks. wtf.  
1,862.86 USD for the operation. Payable up front.

Now I am not on medical aid nor can I afford this in anyway.

I'm fucked basically.
